To draw the HEAD and NECK.

Think of an upside down hook for the left side
of the neck going up into the head and then,
think of a number 3 on the right side of the neck
only the top part of the 3 is smaller forming the head.

See the green area? Add small curves or "smiles"
in the neck area for the wattle or bumpy skin.
